While Epigenetics Coach, Michelle Selden, assists in achieving wellness goals. It is my responsibility to consult with a qualified healthcare professional for any of my medical concerns.
The Coach agrees to provide health coaching services to the client, which may include personalized nutrition plans, lifestyle assessments, goal setting, and regular progress evaluations. The purpose of these services is to assist the Client in achieving their personal health and wellness goals.
Coaching sessions will occur monthly for a duration of 60 minutes each. Sessions will be conducted via Zoom. If you purchased the 3 month coaching packages($1599 value) the 3 months will start the day of Epigenetic coaching report session. With additional text support through out the 3 months. If additional sessions are needed they can be arranged for additional cost of $120 during the coaching package.
Feel free to use text messages during the week to check in with me—whether it’s for quick questions, clarifying details, sharing insights or “aha” moments, or celebrating wins. You can write your thoughts or use the voice feature to talk them out as a way to process and reflect on your progress.
If your message needs a more in-depth discussion or a detailed answer, I’ll ask you to save it for our next session so we can explore it fully and give it the attention it deserves.
If you’re going through a big transition or urgent situation and need an extra call during the week, additional sessions are available for $120 each. To schedule one, email me at [email protected] with the subject line “Add-On Session.”
All appointments are booked through my online scheduling system. I recommend reserving your spots early, as availability can fill quickly. Session times may vary when I’m traveling.
I respond to emails Monday through Thursday; messages sent Friday through Sunday will be addressed the following week. Text and voice messages are answered Monday through Friday.
