A credit card is required to secure appointments.

CANCELLATION-NO SHOW POLICY

Life can be unpredictable, so please familiarize yourself with the cancellation policy. I offer individualized attention. Appointments fill up fast and it becomes difficult to fill space last minute. The cancellation policy reflects this and out of fairness to all clients, it is applied without exception. The booking system does not allow rebooking unless the fee is paid.

I require 48 hours prior to appointment date/time to confirm, cancel or to reschedule.

If an appointment is canceled after the 48 hour window, 50% of appointment fee will be charged.

If a client cancels 24 hours prior or same day, and or no shows the full amount of service session will be charged.

You may cancel via texting at 339-222-6987 or online through the booking system.

Late Arrivals

if you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.  You may be charged for service time

Adjustments & Exchanges

• Products can be exchanged within 30 days for another product of equal value.
• Service Adjustments: please contact us within 7 days and your stylist will adjust the color/cut as needed. The redo must be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the service. However, in the case that the original stylist has no time available, or if you feel that the stylist is unable to provide the service, an exception may be made and the redo may be scheduled with another stylist.
• Only slight adjustments will be allowed. Any service changes or add-ons will be charged. Changing your mind on the services provided will be charged a service fee.

We do not offer refunds on services or products, including gift cards.

We are a small space, please come to appointments alone.
